『Chairs ～インテリアスタイリストが写し出す、100脚の椅子～』
「椅子を撮る事は、自らのライフワークである。」
日々の生活の中で「美しい」と感じたとき、彼は愛用の中判カメラのシャッターを押す。
そのファインダーを覗き込んだ先にあるものは、座るという行為から生まれた、様々な椅子。
N.Y.・アジア・日本。世界各地へと足を運んだ中で自然と目にする、空間の中の椅子、
風景としての椅子、そして必然的に椅子となったあらゆるカタチを、
デジタルの"記録"とは違った、フィルムカメラの"記憶"として、
インテリアのプロフェッショナルが切り取りました。
椅子を撮り続けるスタイリストが写し出す、日常にありふれた、けれど、ここでしかみることの
出来ない椅子とその世界観を、100脚それぞれの一番美しい"瞬間"から感じとってみて下さい。

新たな表現方法を模索し近年、積極的な作品制作、発表を続ける氏の2度目の写真展は、
「HOTEL CHELSEA」。
彼が世界で最も好きな場所の1つという1883年にニューヨーク・マンハッタンのチェルシー地区に
建設されたホテル。多くの芸術家などに愛される歴史と伝統、数々の伝説が語り継がれ今直、
独自の雰囲気を醸し出し、訪れる人々を魅了して止まない。
実際に訪れ、宿泊したという部屋やロビー、エントランス etc...
妖艶な世界を写し出した作品群。カラー、モノクロ、大小数点展示。
